A clear path.
From brief to delivery.

ONE SPACE coordinates the decisions between design, sourcing, production, inspection, consolidation and international delivery. At each stage, you see what is being proposed, what it costs and what needs your approval.

Brief & design
01

Brief & design

We begin with the project location, space type, approximate area, floor plan, intended use, preferred style, product categories, budget and target timeline. Together, these details define the design and sourcing scope.

faq

What information do you need to start?

A floor plan or measurements, project location, space type, approximate area, preferred style, product categories, budget and target timeline are enough for an initial review. We will identify anything else needed before preparing a quotation.

Can you consolidate products from different suppliers?

Yes, when consolidation is included in the quotation. We can coordinate supplier deliveries to a nominated warehouse, incoming checks, storage, export packaging and container loading before dispatch.

How do you compare product options and control the budget?

We compare relevant products by specification, material, finish, construction, lead time and price. The itemised quotation shows the selected option and agreed service scope before an order is placed.

What happens if an inspection identifies an issue?

We document the finding and coordinate the agreed corrective action with the supplier before dispatch where reasonably possible. The inspection scope, acceptance criteria and any third-party fees follow the quotation or written agreement.

What records are available before shipping?

Depending on the agreed scope, records may include approved specifications, production updates, inspection photographs or reports, packing information, loading evidence and shipping documents.

Who are you and what do you specialize in?

ONE SPACE is a Foshan-based team coordinating interior and spatial design, furniture and building-material sourcing, production follow-up, inspection and international delivery for residential and commercial projects.

Which countries and regions do you serve?

We support clients across North America, France and the rest of Europe, Australia, the Middle East and other international markets. Our team coordinates sourcing and delivery around each project’s location and requirements.

Do you work directly with homeowners?

Yes. We primarily support homeowners and help them manage complex overseas furniture projects.

Is custom furniture safe for overseas homeowners?

Risks are managed through confirmed drawings, materials, and specifications before production begins.

Can you provide multiple furniture styles in one project?

Yes. We support modern, Italian, French, and contemporary Chinese styles within one project.

How do you ensure product quality?

Quality is managed through confirmed specifications, production follow-up and the pre-shipment checks included in the agreed scope.

What services do you provide beyond furniture supply?

We support design, sourcing coordination, production follow-up, inspection, consolidation, logistics planning and installation guidance where agreed.

Can the project be completed remotely?

Yes. Most clients complete the entire process remotely with structured communication.

Can I visit China for product selection?

Yes. Clients are welcome to visit China for on-site selection if preferred.

Can you arrange international shipping?

Yes. We coordinate export packaging and outsourced international freight. Shipping routes, Incoterms, customs support and destination services are confirmed for each project before dispatch.

Do you provide installation support?

We provide local installation support where available or professional remote guidance when included in the agreed scope.

How do you manage delivery risks?

Delivery risks are managed through confirmed specifications, agreed inspections, professional packaging and documented shipping arrangements.

What kind of after-sales support do you provide?

We help document reported issues and coordinate applicable supplier, carrier or insurer claims under the agreed project terms.

What should I do if an issue occurs after delivery?
